Thank you for your recent purchase. We are committed to helping you get the right products for your goals. If you are not satisfied with your order, simply return your unworn merchandise within 30 days.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Need help finding a new size, color or product? For faster service, we recommend contacting our product specialists at 1.800.728.6247 to place a new order. They will help you get the proper shoe and guarantee inventory before ordering. They can then file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received. Please note that mail-in exchanges may take longer to process and we do not guarantee inventory. If we experience issues fulfilling your exchange request via mail, a fit specialist will contact you regarding your order.
RETURN PROCESS
Merchandise must be returned in its original, unworn condition and received within 30 days of original purchase. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. Browns Catalog reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Sale merchandise may be exchanged only for merchandise credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To return by mail, contact customer service to receive a pre-paid UPS Return label. Print and attach the label on the outside of the carton. Then, simply drop off your package at any UPS drop location.
A credit for the value of the returned merchandise (minus shipping charges) will appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
STORE PURCHASES
Items purchased at one of our retail store locations may be returned at any store location or by the process outlined above. Some restrictions apply, please call our Customer Care team at 800.728.6247 for more information.
CONDITIONS
If you feel your shoes were defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing info@wherefeetloveus.com or by calling 800.728.6247. Regular wear and tear of shoes does not qualify as defective. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Non-defective, worn shoes or shoes received outside of the 30 days are subject to inspection and price adjustment by our Customer Care team.For checks or money orders, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for processing. If purchased with a gift card, please contact us at 800.728.6247. Returns are handled via UPS. Should you use a different shipping method, you assume responsibility for all shipping charges.
