Where Feet Love Us offers three shipping options: Free Standard Delivery, Express Delivery and Expedited Delivery. Orders can be shipped anywhere in the 50 United States*, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

*Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgian islands, APO/FPO and some correctional facilities will be shipped USPS. These orders will require extra delivery time.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order has been received. If there is a delay or product availability issue, you will be notified within 1-2 business days. No back orders will be processed without customer approval. Order confirmations are sent via email only. Please make sure you provide a valid email address upon checkout.
Once your order is received, our customer service team will review your order and check product availability. Brown's reserves the right to hold any orders suspected of fraud. We process orders Monday through Friday. 8:30am to 3pm CST. Orders received outside of that time frame may include an additional 1-2 days processing time.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This happens after the first UPS scan. The email will include your UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account or by calling 1.800.728.6247
Shipping in Multiple Packages
So that we can ship your items as efficiently as possible, multiple item orders may ship separately and at different times. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order shipped. Your online account will reflect additional tracking numbers.
